It’s great to see people from across the globe coming together to find better, safer, and more efficient ways to run terminal operations. This year, one theme came through loud and clear: terminals are no longer asking whether to invest in digital technologies – they’re asking how quickly they can integrate them into daily operations to see measurable results

We showcased two solutions that speak directly to that shift. Our Visy AREA demo used a scale model to show how the system tracks trucks and trailers from gate entry through the yard, delivering real-time asset locations to the TOS – no manual checks, no radio calls, no guesswork. Alongside it, we demonstrated the Visy Wharf Application Suite running on JLT rugged computers: three purpose-built quayside applications that streamline vessel operations, improve team communication, and support faster, safer cargo handling.
