Visy ANPR is Visy’s in-house developed license plate recognition software, built on decades of deep learning development. Virtual Trigger technology detects and recognizes plates automatically from the video stream – no external triggering hardware required. Supporting over 80 nationalities, ANPR delivers the accurate vehicle identification that every automated gate transaction depends on.

Beyond the license plate. Visy CCR extends gate automation to the cargo itself – recognizing container codes, tank markings, trailer identifiers, and dangerous goods labels automatically as vehicles pass through the gate. Captured data is exchanged with third-party systems in real time, giving you a complete and verified record of cargo entering and leaving the site – without manual input.

From the gate to the parking position – automatically. Visy AREA is an AI-powered video tracking system that follows a truck from the moment it enters the gate and tracks its movement through the yard to the exact position where it parks. The system provides real-time visibility of truck locations across the yard without manual reporting or radio communication – improving slot management, reducing waiting times, and giving coordinators an accurate, live picture of yard activity at all times.

AI-powered condition inspection at every entry point. Visy ADDS uses Deep Neural Network architecture to automatically detect structural and surface damage on containers as they pass through gate portals, crane operations, or rail imaging portals. When damage exceeds the configured threshold, operators are instantly alerted with precise location data and severity scoring – backed by timestamped digital evidence for liability management and damage claims.
