Visy Service Kiosks are self-service transaction checkpoints designed to streamline gate visits at container terminals, ports, and industrial facilities. The smart gate process begins before the main gate, where Visy Truck OCR Portals capture identification data as container IDs and license plates. By the time the driver reaches the kiosk, Visy Access Gate has already processed this data and is ready for validation. At the kiosk, the driver enters their booking number, scans their identification, and completes any required safety training – all in one continuous, guided flow.

Kiosks are offered as part of Visy Access Gate deliveries, functioning as an integral component of the automated transaction journey. This ensures all system elements work in harmony to deliver measurable improvements in gate efficiency, security compliance, and visitor experience.

Visy Touch is a transaction checkpoint solution designed to control the flow of contractors and visitors within factories, paper mills, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial premises. When signing in, personally identified visitors and contractors are required to indicate their working area and acknowledge the site’s safety and security requirements – giving operators real-time visibility of who is on site and where. For instance, in case of an emergency, Visy Touch can be used to print a ticket consisting all names and phone numbers of every person currently in the area.
