Automatic container damage detection – Visy ADDS 2.0 redefines inspection with a next-generation AI model built on Deep Neural Network architecture. The system inspects containers in real time, whether during truck flow through detection portals, crane operations, or rail traffic, detecting structural and surface damage automatically and without disrupting container flow.
When damage exceeds the configured threshold, the system instantly alerts operators with precise location data and severity scoring. Exceptions are automatically directed to manual review, while routine inspections are handled continuously and automatically, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ADDS 2.0 integrates seamlessly with the full Visy OCR suite, including Truck and Rail OCR Portals, Crane OCR, and TopView systems, delivering unified container identification and damage detection across gate, quay, and rail operations.
