Visy Strengthens Capabilities With Acquisition of Autepra
Visy Oy has acquired Autepra UAB, a leading IT systems integrator for container terminals and ports. Autepra will operate as a subsidiary of Visy as part of the VisionSense Technologies group. The deal was finalized on 10 January 2025.
The strategic acquisition of Autepra accelerates Visy’s growth in the container terminal market. Autepra brings decades of integration and project experience that will expand Visy’s reach and service offerings. The existing customers of both companies will benefit from the additional products and capabilities, and new customers can expect Visy to provide a wider range of technology and services.
