Our in-house license plate recognition (LPR/ ANPR) software holds a special place in Visy’s product catalog as our very first OCR technology. Originally developed in the late ’90s to enhance perimeter security at paper mills and Finnish ports, it has since evolved into the backbone of every modern smart gate system we deliver today.
